A Concern

There was a concern that we haven't been putting out as many mixed vegetables and the food was becoming simple frat food.

 

I appreciate the concern and will try to not allow the menu to become too simple, this time of year there is very little seasonal produce and much of it is brought in from very far away, the cost is very high and the quality is not as good. This limits our options.

 

Any suggestions you have and letting me know what meals you especially like and not so much will help me when making the menu.
