Dinner-  Chicken and spinach calzone, seasonal veggies


Tuesday 5/19

Lunch- Grilled cheese and tomato soup, salad bar

 

Dinner- Super salad bar- Sesame steak and Asian pear salad, Caribbean papaya salad, Turkey Waldorf, fresh fruits nuts and veggies

 

Wednesday 5/20

Lunch- Veggie sliders, watermelon watercress salad, sweet potato fries, salad bar


Dinner- Moroccan Chicken and couscous , seasonal veggies


Thursday 5/21


Lunch- Teriyaki Chicken, rice, cucumber tsukemono- salad bar 

 

Dinner- Mexican Style Chipotle pork tenderloin with black bean salsa and corn tortillas, roasted vegetables

 

Friday 5/22

 

Lunch- make your own pizza

 

Dinner- Roast turkey, wild rice pilaf, seasonal veggies

 

5/23 Saturday- Brunch

 

5/24 Sunday- Closed for holiday

 

5/25 Monday- Pizza

 

5/26 Tuesday

Lunch- Hot dogs or veggie dogs, macaroni salad, chips, watermelon- salad bar

 

Dinner- Salsa Chicken- Spanish rice- fresh veggies

 

5/27 Wednesday

Lunch- Avocado stuffed with chicken salad, pretzel roll, salad bar

 

Dinner- New York Steak, baked potato, fresh veggies

Shane's Schedule

The past two weeks we scheduled others to come in early on Monday and Tuesday so that I could be here later. this has not worked out very well so I 'll be back to my old schedule of being here at 7:30am Monday- Friday

Chocolate Milk

A little birdie told me that she was having a midterm today so in honor of midterms we will put out chocolate milk to help out with those late night study chocolate cravings......

Feedback

After receiving feedback about the frustrations of running out of our standard items we are going to try something new. from now on the kitchen crew will be checking through out the day and initialing that the items on the list inside the refrigerator door are present. I hope this helps and encourage you to keep the feedback coming

we are keeping a temperature log for the meat but if you have any question about the doneness of your piece please bring it to us right away. we promise not to get angry or hurt feelings, your health and safety is the most important thing


I have had many comments about cereal selection so I have added red berry special K and cocoa puffs.
